How to Measure

Use a flexible measuring tape (plastic or cloth). Measure yourself in front of a mirror to make sure the tape is positioned correctly. If possible, have someone else measure for you. When taking measurements, stand tall with your muscles relaxed and feet together.

Chest: With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Pact is a fashion brand that produced Fair Trade Factory Certified™ clothing made out of organic cotton.  It was founded in Boulder, Colorado, in 2009 by Jason Kibbey and Jeff Denby.  The company manufactures in India, where the vast majority of organic cotton productions occur. Not only do they distinguish themselves from other companies with their organic products, but Pact strives to do organic differently, as its mission is to build Earth’s Favorite Clothing Company.  Everything made at Pact starts with Earth’s Favorite™ Fiber, Organic Cotton. Growing cotton organically saves vast amounts of water and uses no toxic chemicals.  Pact partners with Fair Trade Certified™ factories because they ensure care for both people and planet. Fair Trade factories provide safe working conditions, empower and uplift local communities, and protect the environment.  Pact offers the option to offset the carbon footprint of shipment.  Customers can use Pact’s shipping box to donate your old clothes to nonprofits.  Pact also chooses materials to minimize packaging lifecycle footprint.

This measuring tape set has two double-sided, 60 inch (150 cm), durable tape measure in pink and black. They are small and light pocket-size measuring tapes, and they have accurate, large and clear markings in both inches and centimeters, which are very easy and convenient to read. They are also great for body measurement, sewing, tailoring, weight loss tracking, or measuring any curved surface.

How to measure without a ruler or tape measure?

If you don't have a ruler or tape measure handy, you can try to measure with a standard credit card, which has a width of 3 ⅜ inch or 8.56 cm and a height of 2 ⅛ inch or 5.4 cm.
