STEP 1: HOW TO MEASURE
Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
Without shoes, measure straight down from the crown of your head to the floor.
STEP 2: FIND YOUR CONVERSE SIZE
Use the chart above to determine your size. If one of your measurements is on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your measurements for hips and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the one indicated by your hip measurement.Measurement Unit: US (inch) | World (cm) | Both

How to measure without a ruler or tape measure?
If you don't have a ruler or tape measure handy, you can try to measure with a standard credit card, which has a width of 3 ⅜ inch or 8.56 cm and a height of 2 ⅛ inch or 5.4 cm.
If you do a lot of online apparel shopping, accurate body measurement using a tape measure is a must. The actual tape you choose doesn’t matter that much. This retractable one is very easy to use, and the fact it uses both CM and IN is extremely helpful.
